Storage of Coconut Oil
Virgin Coconut Oil should be stored at room temperature. It is a stable oil and the shelf life is not affected by room temperature storage. Like butter it becomes unspreadable if refrigerated. In common with many natural products some batches may not be uniform in colour. This is not an indication that the oil is unsuitable for use.
